The following situations are not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Change of mind: If a User simply changes their mind after purchasing a digital item, it does not qualify for a refund or return.
  • Downloaded or accessed items: Once a digital item has been downloaded or accessed by the User, it is no longer eligible for a refund or return.
  • Technical issues: We are not responsible for any technical issues on the User's device or internet connection that may affect their ability to download or access the digital item. It is the User's responsibility to ensure compatibility and troubleshoot such issues.
